  • ABOUT BLÜCHER

    The company's core business is the development and manufacture of highly efficient filter systems comprising spherical, high-performance adsorbers which function in a similar manner to activated carbon but which are many times more effective. Toxic and other undesirable substances are reliably filtered out of gases and liquids and securely bound. Drawing upon our many years' experience in the development and manufacture of protective equipment for the military sector and civil protection organisations, we are now expanding into industrial and medical applications for our technology.
     
    Blücher's technologies and systems are solely produced in cutting-edge manufacturing facilities in Germany and the USA. The whole production process, from taking delivery of the raw materials, making intermediate products right through to developing complex system solutions, is carried out in-house. Everything we do is very tightly and continuously monitored and controlled in our own laboratories. The company employs 190 staff at its facilities around the world.
